MS-CAP FILM
Recommended for PCB, MLCC, Graphics, P.O.P., Decals, Membrane Switches, Panels.
Murakami Capillary Films are SBQ-PVA based pure photopolymer films manufactured under the highest standard of quality control at our factory. (ISO-9001 Certified).
Murakami SBQ Films are developed to overcome common disadvantages of diazo based capillary films. It features;
Fast exposure, No color darkening during exposure or storage., Long shelf life up to 1 to 3 years, Less pinholes and fisheyes , Excellent humidity resistance, High resolution and definition for critical images, Capillary films are recommended over direct emulsions when a specific stencil profile is preferred. You can achieve repetitive printing result including resolution and definition or thickness over mesh (ink deposit volume).
Emulsion thickness available in 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 80 microns Excellent resistance to Toluene, Trichlorethylene, Ethyl Acetate, Buthyl Cellasolve, M.I.B.K. Water+IPA. Designed for PCB, MLCC, Panels and other graphic applcaitions.

MS-THICK FILM
ARE YOU READY FOR EXTREMELY THICK STENCILS?
What is an extremely thick stencil? For many years, screen printers have coated conventionally diazo based direct emulsions by hand onto screen mesh with thicknesses beyond 100 micron range. Direct capillary diazo based film manufacturers have been limited to offer commercial films no thicker than 80 microns. These thick stencils are becoming increasingly popular for printed wire board assembly, ceramics, fine art reproductions, decorative signage and designs, sandblasting wood and glass, and textile applications. Screen printers have been looking for an alternative preparation methods for extremely thick stencils to improve their production capacity, reliability and job quality.
Does Murakami Screen have a product that can do this type of job effectively? Yes, we do. MS-Thick film is an exclusive product from Murakami Screen for extremely thick ink deposits. MS-Thick film is based on SBQ-PVA pure photopolymer chemistry and that means ultra fast exposures. MS-Thick films thickness are available in 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, and 700 microns. These MS-Thick films save time and aggravation if you are thanking about making extremely thick stencils.
