When we receive an internet order we will send you an auto-confirmation to let you know your order is processing. As soon as we have a shipping total on your packages we will notify you via telephone or email and you may decide at that time if you would like us to ship the order. Usually only takes a day or less. Normally we ship via UPS or US Mail if preferred.

Often times companies will post shipping rates on their website and it is usually based on the maximum amount they are charged from the frieght carrier. This can sometimes mean that the person located only 10 minutes away from the shipper will pay the same amount for shipping as the person located on the other side of the country. We at Westar Solutions would prefer to base each shipping rate on the amount we are actually charged for the package shipped and this will save our customers the most money.
