| Screen printing can be a pretty easy thing to get into, however, getting your artwork onto a screen that is ready to print with can be the most challenging part of the process. Remember: You are only making money if you're printing. Now you can elimiminate the hassles of trying figuring out the computer software, film output device or the final screen exposure. At Westar Solutions we offer complete prepress services. We can build new art from scratch or rebuild old art work from just about anything. We can also do your color separations, just email us your files and we will send you back ready to print seps, or we can simply output your film positives for you. If all you want to do is print then we can do all the prepress work for you and send you a ready to print screen. We can color separate your artwork, output film positives and coat/burn a screen the same day. You can stop by and pick it up the same day, or we can ship it to you overnight!

GRAPHIC DESIGN
With two full time Graphic Artists Westar Solutions can create art for you, manipulate existing art or help troubleshoot graphic programs and hardware. Rates starting at $75 an hour, $40 per half hour, and $20 for 15min.

COLOR SEPARATIONS
Westar Solutions can do your color separations, whether it be traditional four color process, spot color, white base plates or index separations. Before any job is done Kevin Hartman, our onboard Graphics Guru, will check everything over to ensure all graphics are clean and complete. Call us for a quote.

FILM OUTPUT
We can produce your film output from files you send us or from ones we've created. We can output up to 42"x100'
We accept the following file types:

- Adobe PDF

- TIF, EPS, PSD, DXF, JPEG, GIF and BMP files

COAT AND BURN SCREENS
Not only can we make your screens, but we can coat and burn them as well. Screens right out of the box ready to take to press. Up to 20x24 $15.00 each, 23x31 $20.00 each, (this is cost for the coat/burn service, this does not include the screen or film positive). For larger screens, please call us for pricing.
